How do you ensure fragile items don't break during shipping?
We use eco-friendly, double-walled corrugated boxes and custom-molded biodegradable cushioning to ensure every ceramic piece arrives at your doorstep in perfect condition.
Are your ceramic products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Most of our stoneware and porcelain collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold leaf or metallic glazes should be hand-washed only to preserve their finish.
What is your return policy for damaged goods?
If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the product and packaging to our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or immediate replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, House of Ceramics ships worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and weight of the order.
Are your glazes lead-free and food-safe?
Absolutely. All glazes used in our kitchen and dining collections are 100% lead-free, non-toxic, and certified food-safe.
Can I request a custom or personalized ceramic piece?
We occasionally accept commissions for custom dinnerware sets. Please contact our concierge team with your specifications to check our current studio availability.
