Are your ceramic products dishwasher and microwave safe?

Most of our stoneware and porcelain collections are dishwasher and microwave safe. However, items with gold leaf or metallic glazes should be hand-washed only to preserve their finish.

What is your return policy for damaged goods?

If your item arrives damaged, please send a photo of the product and packaging to our support team within 48 hours of delivery for a full refund or immediate replacement.
