At House of Ceramics, we want you to love every piece you bring into your home. If your handcrafted ceramics aren't quite right, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully wrap your ceramics in their original protective bubble wrap and box to prevent breakage during transit; fragile items must be packed securely.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned pieces for damage, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
